Common questions
Before you apply
How long does a Buyer Sprint take?
Usually six to ten weeks from brief to shortlist. The first two to three weeks go to filtering; the rest to remote visits and shortlist construction. We send you weekly updates so the process is never opaque.
What if you can't find homes worth shortlisting?
It happens — sometimes the brief is too tight for the current market, sometimes the regions are oversold relative to budget. If we can't build a credible shortlist of 3–5 homes, we say so honestly, suggest a brief revision, and either continue with new parameters or close out. The fee covers the work; we don't pad to fill the slot.
What if I'm still deciding between regions?
Most overseas clients are. We scope the Sprint to compare two or three regions — and the answer is sometimes "this region, not that one" before we ever visit a property. Tell us where you're torn in the application.
