These short terms govern your use of the yes.house website. Substantive terms covering Yes House services, scope, and limitations live in the documents linked below — that is where the load-bearing language is.

Use of the site

You may browse the yes.house site freely. You may not (a) attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site, (b) use Yes House content for purposes that misrepresent our scope or qualifications, or (c) use any Yes House material to imply endorsement, partnership, or representation that does not exist in writing.

Engagements

Paid engagements with Yes House (Visit Pack, Buyer Sprint, Property Concierge) are governed by a separate written agreement signed before any paid work begins. Where any term in this Terms page conflicts with an engagement-specific written agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The current version is always at https://yes.house/terms/.
