A first conversation
A short call to talk through your project — the regions you're considering, the listings on your mind, and what "right" looks like for you. No pitch, no pressure.

We visit and document
On the ground, in person. We drive out, inspect each property and its environment, and ask the questions you'd ask if you were there.

The report, then a personal debrief
Within five to ten working days you receive the written report. We then sit down with you — property by property — to walk through what we found and discuss the next step on each.

Worth pursuing
The property matches the listing, the area holds up, no visible deal-breakers. A real visit is justified.
No House
Walk away
Misleading listing, hidden constraints, or visible defects that won't be resolved cheaply. Don't fly for this one.
Maybe House
Conditional
Worth pursuing only if specific conditions are met — price reduction, structural survey, clarification on access, or other.
Expert Needed
Specialist call
Promising but requires a structural surveyor, notaire, fiscalist, or other licensed professional before any offer.
How we charge
Fixed fee, agreed before we visit
Visit Packs are scoped per property — location, travel time, and how many homes are included all factor in. We talk it through with you first, then send a fixed quote.
- ✓Fixed price before any visit. After our first call we send a fixed quote. You decide whether to proceed before any work begins.
- ✓No success fee. The fee is paid for the work — whether the verdict is Yes, No, or Maybe.
- ✓No commission from sellers. Ever. Yes House is paid by the buyer, never by the seller.
- ✓Response within 48 hours. We get back to you to schedule a short call. The quote follows.
Common questions
Before you apply
How fast can you visit a property?
Typically within five to ten working days of the brief being agreed, depending on location and access. Urgent visits within 48 hours are sometimes possible — mention it on the call if timing matters.
What if I have more than three listings?
Then a Buyer Sprint is likely the better fit — we filter and prioritise before visiting. Mention it on our first call and we'll guide you to the right starting point for your project.
What if the verdict is "No" on every listing?
Then we've spared you a wasted trip — and a costly mistake. Together, on the debrief, we'll talk through what we learned, suggest two or three other listings from the same region that may be worth pursuing, and decide what makes sense for the next step in your search.
