After Purchase Support

After you buy, we help the home actually work.

Buyer-side support ends when you sign at the notaire. After Purchase Support is what comes next — the practical coordination of a French home from 16,000 km away.

This is back-end, optional, and built around the people who actually do the work: local artisans, the EDF / Engie / Veolia utility-setup paperwork, the notaire’s post-completion handovers, the seasonal artisan who opens the shutters in spring. We coordinate; we don’t replace licensed professionals.

Who this is for

Overseas owners — Australian, US, or English-speaking — who:

  • have completed (or are about to complete) on a French property
  • live elsewhere and need someone local to coordinate practicalities
  • want trusted introductions to artisans, contractors, and service providers
  • prefer a fixed-fee or transparent-retainer engagement to commission-based “concierge”

What we coordinate

After Purchase Support spans four sub-engagements, each available standalone or bundled:

How it fits with the buyer-side work

Most clients meet Yes House through a Visit Pack or a Buyer Sprint, well before completion. After Purchase Support takes over once the keys are in hand:

  • Setup phase — utilities, insurance, mailbox, local registration, taxe foncière / taxe d’habitation coordination with your fiscalist
  • Steady state — periodic property checks, key holding, seasonal maintenance, artisan coordination
  • Works — when renovation, redecoration or furnishing is needed, on the ground project coordination
  • Optional rentalonly if you want it. We do not push rental, we do not run a rental management company; we connect you to the right local partners and document operational requirements

What it costs

After Purchase Support is scoped per engagement — we don’t sell a one-size-fits-all package. Pricing depends on the property location, the rhythm of checks needed, and which sub-services you bundle. After a short scoping call, we send a fixed quote for the first six months.

What After Purchase Support is not

  • Not a regulated gestion immobilière business under the carte G requirement of Loi Hoguet
  • Not legal, tax, or fiscal advice (we coordinate with your notaire, avocat, fiscalist)
  • Not an insurance broker or financial intermediary
  • Not a guarantee against weather, theft, or wear

See the Legal Notice for the full scope.

Get in touch

After Purchase Support starts with a scoping call, not a form. Email hello@yes.house with where the property is and what you need; we’ll come back with a structured proposal within five working days.
