The artisan you used last year stops returning calls. None of these are catastrophic on their own. All of them are cheaper to handle when someone is paying attention.

What’s included
- Scheduled checks — weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits per property (your call), each producing a short photo-and-note report sent to you the same day
- Key holding — secure key custody, log of every entry, return-to-base on each visit
- Seasonal preventive coordination — heating service before winter, climatisation check before summer, gutter clear in autumn, pool opening / closing where relevant — coordinated with vetted local artisans, scheduled and supervised
- Incident response — when something goes wrong (storm damage, a leak, a security alarm), we attend the property, document, and coordinate the right artisan to make it safe
- Arrival prep — before each owner visit: home aired, heated or cooled, basic provisions stocked, pool / garden ready, artisan visits reconciled with your arrival date
- Vendor relationship management — we maintain the relationship with your local plombier, électricien, couvreur, jardinier, paysagiste, climaticien, etc., so that a phone call from us gets a faster response than a cold call from you
What it is not
- Not a structural survey or licensed inspection (engage a diagnostiqueur or expert bâtiment for that)
- Not insurance — we report incidents, you and your insurer handle claims
- Not a security service — for monitored alarm response, engage a licensed company; we coordinate the relationship
- Not a guarantee against weather, theft, or wear
How it works
Property Checks & Oversight is a monthly retainer engagement, with the visit cadence and scope set after a property walkthrough call. Pricing depends on region, property size, and visit frequency. Reports are filed the same day as the visit; emergencies are handled within 24 hours.
